THE FIT DESI PROJECT – SIGNATURE PROGRAM
This is a very high touch point, highly customized online program for Desi women who have specific health and fitness goals, need more accountability, want to improve their relationship with food and exercise. 4, 6 or 12 month commitment because long term change doesn’t happen with short term goals!

THE REGULAR MOM: PRENATAL AND PREGNANCY PROGRAM
Gone are the days when you were told to stay in bed and rest the moment you got pregnant. Research shows that staying active while nourishing your body can not only be beneficial to mom but baby as well. The Regular Mom pre and post natal program is geared to anyone who is in the TTC phase, currently pregnant or in the postpartum recovery phase and wants to focus on staying active through all phases (with approval from your doctor) and learn how to eat right for a healthy pregnancy, delivery and postpartum recovery. 4, 6 or 12 month commitment to seamlessly transition you from the prenatal to postpartum journey of recovery, strength and self-care.

How much does it cost?
We have multiple program and payment options. Set up a FREE discovery call and we can go over the best options for you and your goals.
Do you give out meal plans?
We believe that meal plans don’t work in the long run when you are working to change your lifestyle and build habits. Meal plans are restrictive and don’t take into account your preferences and often lack variety. We believe in educating our clients and empowering them to make better choices for their health. While we don’t give out strict cookie cutter meal plans, we do help clients with recipes, samples of what your day can look like in terms of meals but no, “EAT 100g of chicken, EAT 100g of vegetables” kind of plans
I cannot give up my afternoon cup of tea or my dal and rice at dinner. Will this work for me?
At Regular Fit, we have a no restriction policy. Our goal is sustainability with your health and that means being able to eat your favorite foods and still reach your goals. All it takes is some minor tweaks and changes to what you are already used to eating as a family.
I have an eating disorder. Can I apply to your 1:1 program?
While we do help clients improve their relationship with food, if you have a diagnosed eating disorder, please reach out to a registered dietitian or a therapist who specializes in helping those with eating disorders.
Do you help women with hormonal issues?
We coach women with PCOS, thyroid issues, who are pre-diabetic, diabetic and those who are going through fertility treatment. We cannot and DO NOT give out medical advice or treat illnesses but we can provide nutritional guidance in conjunction with your medical care provider.
