THE FIT DESI PROJECT

Our SIGNATURE high touch point, highly customized nutrition & training program is for those Desi women who want to build sustainable, realistic habits, get results that last, while eating meals you eat as a family and without HOUR long workouts

Prenatal and Postpartum

The Regular Mom program is geared to anyone who is in the TTC phase, currently pregnant or in the postpartum recovery phase and wants to focus on staying active during all phases and learn how to eat right for a healthy pregnancy, delivery and postpartum recovery.

STRONGER ME MEMBERSHIP

STRONGER ME is a monthly workout ONLY subscription program for those looking for a structured strength training plan designed to help you to get leaner, stronger and build confidence at the gym or at home.
